According to the Cleveland Museum of Art, this is folio 34r of the Hours of Charles the Noble, King of Navarre (1361–1425), made in Paris around 1405 in ink, tempera, and gold on vellum. Charles likely acquired the book, perhaps ready-made for the luxury market, during a trip to Paris in 1404–05, and had his coat of arms painted on twenty folios. It was a collaborative work: six painting styles have been identified, by two Italian, two French, and two Netherlandish artists. Overall planning was led by the Bolognese Master of the Brussels Initials.

The Latin text in dark ink is written in very regular gothic script, and I love the initials in blue, pink, red and gold that light up the page.
