At the center against a smooth neutral gray background stands a small upright anthropomorphic figure cast in golden metal with dark and reddish patina in recessed areas. It is only a few inches tall, shown frontally with legs slightly apart and feet wearing sandals. The torso is hollow, featuring a large oval cavity in the chest that exposes a rough, dark interior. The face is broad with half-closed almond eyes, a straight nose and a slightly open mouth adorned with a rectangular lip plug and a vertical bar pendant. Large openwork circular ear spools frame the face, and a tall headdress rises above, composed of a band of stylized petals or feathers topped by a forked plume. In the right hand the figure holds vertically an ornate dart thrower with scrollwork and two hanging bell-shaped pendants; on the left arm it carries a round shield decorated with three bosses, and on its back a bundle of darts and a rectangular shield. A belt and a triangular loincloth with a beaded border cinch the waist, with tubular ornaments hanging at both hips. The surface is uneven and granular, with bright golden highlights on cheeks, shoulders and knees and deep shadows inside the chest hollow and between ornaments.

El torso está hueco, con una cavidad ovalada en el pecho que deja ver el interior oscuro y rugoso. El rostro es ancho, de ojos entornados en forma de almendra, nariz recta y boca entreabierta con una pieza labial rectangular y una barra vertical que cuelga del labio inferior. Lleva orejeras circulares caladas y un tocado alto formado por una diadema de pétalos o plumas estilizadas y un penacho bifurcado en la cúspide. En la mano derecha sostiene en vertical un lanzadardos ornamentado con volutas y dos cascabeles colgantes en forma de gota; en el brazo izquierdo carga un escudo redondo decorado con tres círculos y, a la espalda, un haz de dardos y un escudo rectangular. La cintura está ceñida por una faja y un taparrabo triangular con borde perlado, del que penden elementos tubulares a ambos lados. La superficie es irregular, con textura granulada, brillos dorados en pómulos, hombros y rodillas, y sombras profundas en la cavidad y entre los adornos.

I focus on the surface of this alloy of gold, silver and copper. I see the warm highlights on the cheeks and knees and the dark, reddish patina gathered in the recesses. The oval cavity in the chest intrigues me greatly, it reveals a rough dark interior and we still do not know its exact purpose, perhaps it was used as a pendant. Notice the granular texture from casting, the scrolls on the spear thrower and the two drop shaped bells that still seem ready to jingle.

He looks like a tiny golden superhero standing very straight. He has a hole in his belly as if a piece were missing and almond shaped eyes that are almost closed. In one hand he holds a staff with little balls hanging from it and on the other arm a round shield with three little circles, and on his back he carries more shields and little sticks. His hat is huge with points like petals and he wears enormous ear spools. I like how he shines in some parts and looks dark in others.
