It looks like a smooth shiny little egg! It leans to one side as if it might roll and it shines bright on one side, like when you hold a marble up to the light. It is creamy white with faint streaks and a little brown spot near the bottom. Underneath it has a tiny hidden peg that must have gone through the ear, like an earring. I imagine someone in ancient Egypt putting it on and checking the mirror. It is small, simple and pretty, with no patterns, just its mushroom or eggshell shape that makes you want to touch it gently.
