For me this photo is about hanging over the abyss. The background is total black, with no stars, because the exposure is set for the sun lighting the station. I see two cosmonauts in weightlessness, one upside down holding a tubular structure which is the Strela-2 cargo boom. One shows only torso and legs at the top, the other is fully visible in the center. It excites me to think they were preparing the station for the future, moving that boom and shielding the Zvezda module while Earth turned silently below them.

It looks like they are doing somersaults in space. There is an astronaut upside down, like a bat hanging from a giant white tube, with his boots pointing up and his shiny helmet. At the top there is another one where you only see his legs, like he is hiding. Everything is white and silver, except for some yellow cables that look like tangled spaghetti. Behind everything is super black, like a blanket with no lights. I think if you let go, you float forever and never fall down.
